Earliest Qantas Haneda Check-In Time?

Does anyone know how early Qantas' Haneda check-in desk opens? Is it strictly 3 hours before the first Qantas departure of the evening? Or do they tend to open it earlier? Thanks in advance. As usual, Qantas' website is hopeless, providing no guidance whatsoever.

There's a luggage storage place near the checkin area, where you can leave your bags for a couple of hours while you visit the food court for dinner if that helps.

Qantas uses the counters in check in area H

There is baggage storage at the location labeled 22 on the map (on the train station side of the check in area). There are restaurants and shops on the land side above the check in area (escalators to 4F and 5F on either side of the security check point)

In addition, if you choose to dine, most of the restaurants will store your bag at the entrance to their shop, if you don't want to bother with the bag storage. You might not be able to see your bags from your the table, but as this is Japan there isn't really any risk of theft.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

If you don't want to deal with bags for the entire day before the flight, you can ship the bags to the airport from your hotel (given enough notice) with a company like Traveling to Japan | YAMATO TRANSPORT GLOBAL and collect them when ready for check in from the airport baggage storage.

For my last trip from Haneda, I shipped my checked baggage from Yokohama and collected it before I checked in for JL35

They won't open it early. The Japanese staff will open check in at the time stated and not before.
For anyone reading in the future, this information was incorrect, at least on the day I flew.

Check-in opened 4 hours before the first Qantas flight of the day. Was open for all subsequent Qantas flights at the same time.

JAL First Lounge was phenomenal. Quiet and very enjoyable food. Yamazaki 12 on offer in the upstairs lounge.

This is the way to travel.

I also highly recommend shipping a mixed case of sake to the airport to max out your luggage allowance. Kimijimaya in Ebisu station were very helpful in this regard.

Travelled on QF80 last Thursday night on the 9:05pm flight.
When we reached Haneda at 5:15pm, there were already lines of people checking in for both economy and business.
I was surprised but looks like it's not 3 hours prior.

I also had this experience earlier in the year. Everything I could find said T-3h, I arrived at T-3:30ish for the first flight of the day and was expecting to have to wait around a little bit. Thankfully check in was already open, so straight to the JAL F-Lounge for me (which, agreed, is a very good space).

T-4 is great as it gives us more time to do some last minute souvenir shopping at the duty-free shops before hitting the lounge ;)
I can confirm, I arrived at 4.45 to see one family waiting at the bus class checkin, where there was a sign saying 'open 17:05'. It was, promptly, in the Japanese way. And seperate QC, and economy queues at same time. So that's T-5 for the SYD passengers. Great.
