Dubai club access

As a QF Club member (humble bronze), I sought entry to the club at Dubai (same day as Mr Joyce), armed with a copy of the letter from Lesley Grant welcoming me to use the facility. I was turned away. Anyone know what's going on?

You should have access, suggest feedback to Qantas is in order.

that is quite disappointing, which flight were you on? Definitely provide feedback to QF in regards to this!

Was it a flat out refusal? Did they at least look into it or acknowledge your letter? How disappointing for you.
