A DoubleTree by Hilton will rise in Parramatta as part of Deicorp’s new Western Sydney mixed-use precinct.
The hotel is slated to open in late 2028, operated by Trilogy Hotels under a management agreement with Deicorp, marking the third hotel precinct the companies have undertaken together.
The signing also marks Hilton’s first Parramatta property, strengthening its Greater Sydney pipeline in one of Western Sydney’s fastest-growing commercial and infrastructure hubs.
