Thanks for the write-up. Great to read some areas that receive a bit less coverage. Certainly 42 hours would leave most people shattered regardless of class of travel. If you get to Croatia make sure you include some islands (liked Hvar & Korcula but it was a long time ago) & the Plitvice Lakes were a standout for us.
