Dragonpass "infinite" no top up

Hey everyone,

I am having trouble with my DragonPass card from Regus. I am trying to change the credit card details because my old one expired but the app doesn't let me. I have contacted them and they said I can do it under the "me" tab but there is nothing there except to buy a new yearly membership with top ups.

Here is my card; Note I don't know what "infinite" plan is but I want to top up for guests. Should I just go to the lounge and try?

I also have the same free membership from Regus and would also like to know how to update my credit card details and other personal details. I cannot seem to find a way to do this via the app.

You don't have the option of adding CC details because you're on an Infinite plan, which is charged to Regus. To be able to add visits, you have to be on a Classic plan where you pay £16 per visit.

On your next annual renewal, Regus will automatically switch you to Classic and you will no longer get any free visits to the DragonPass lounges. Loving the communication from Regus on this, only found it out when I logged in to take a look!

So with the Infinite plan, how does it work? Do you pay at the lounge on arrival? I thought you needed to prepay it before using it.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I haven't tried out my lounge access yet because I may be embarrassed if it declines. So with 2for1's same question. How exactly does this work? I can't find any information online about this either. Well I just checked actually and now I am down to classic and I can purchase my visits again and put in my card details before hand.
