I am having trouble with my DragonPass card from Regus. I am trying to change the credit card details because my old one expired but the app doesn't let me. I have contacted them and they said I can do it under the "me" tab but there is nothing there except to buy a new yearly membership with top ups.
Here is my card; Note I don't know what "infinite" plan is but I want to top up for guests. Should I just go to the lounge and try?
