Hi All,

I'm after anyone's experience/success in getting credited status nights for multiple rooms occupied at the same time.

I need to book two rooms for an upcoming vacation (e.g. 4 nights). I expect if it was all under one reservation I'd get credited the status points from both rooms but only the number of nights (i.e. 4) of the reservation.

Rather than book both rooms under one reservation, is it possible to "double-up" on the nights that contribute to status by making a separate reservation for each room (i.e. get credited a total of 8 nights and the same number of status points)?

One reservation would be the easiest option, but having the extra nights credited can always be helpful.

Thanks.

Not sure, but you are correct in that you would only receive the nights once if in the same reservation.

Same property or different ones?

Either way Le Club would receive the details of all credits so it would be interesting to see if they automatically cross check.

Let us know how you go.

I believe that you can double up, for up to two rooms in the same booking.

FAQ's
How many rooms can I credit to my card for the same stay ?
You can credit up to 2 rooms to your Le Club AccorHotels card on the condition that:

  • The stay is made in the same hotel and over the same period
  • You stay in one of the said rooms and the other room is not occupied by another member
  • You pay the whole cost incurred by the two rooms on your check-out from the hotel

Do what my wife and I do in that case
Book one in yours and one in hers
if IHG hotels register for Business Rewards and book each others room.
You get the points for 1 room and Booker points for the other EACH

OzEire, It'd be two rooms at the same property for the same check-in/check-out dates.

Thanks Scenicbumblebee. I did see that FAQ but to me it doesn't specifically state if the credit is for both nights and points.

For ease I might just go ahead and do one complete booking and see how it turns out!

Thanks for the comments thus far.
