Have a couple of questions please. I got the 50% offer by email - about 30 mins after I booked a flight (so the day before promo) I guess that trip misses out ?
BTW I am a QP member who has just scrapped into Silver for years. This year with 6 months to run - I have half a chance of making Gold so very interested!!
Next question - if I upgrade to Business - do I get a 50% bonus on that ? & is points upgrade to business the cheapest way to get SC ?
Lastly - when I reach Gold - what do I do about QC membership ? If I dont pay do i then have to rejoin next year - or do they puty it on ice ?

Your last point, they do put your QC membership on ice till you drop back gold or above back to Silver or lower.

Would need to check the T&C for a booking made prior to acceptance of the offer. You maybe lucky

WRT to business class question only if you pay for the j class ticket. A points upgrade will still only earn you status credits and miles at the original fare rates that you paid for eg discount y or y

I hope not, I have just finished booking 32 flights up to December as I jumped on red e-deals and didn't want to wait until a DSC offer came out and it was too late for sale fares. Good luck to those that get an offer though.
