Has anyone else had problems with double SC's posting. It's been more than 6 weeks since my flight and still has not posted.
 
No, mine credited within a couple of days. I was quite surprised as it took a couple of weeks when I went to Kununurra last year.
 
Mine for this promo posted within four days of the flights happening. I'm waiting for some more to post from another dsc promo, but they're taking a while. I know of someone else who didn't get there's within 6 weeks and a call to the QFF call centre fixed it.
 
I've been waiting, impatiently, for 3 weeks for my extra SC's to post
 
No. I got mine on the same day as my flight the other day, but the longest I've waited is about four days.

Have already called the QFF Call centre to no avail.....said there not sure what they can do except wait a little longer!
 
I booked my double SC flights but subsequently changed them to J flights outside of the original booking period do you think this will still be counted?

I've had to change at least three flights and there's been no hassle getting the DSCs with the new flights.

I would follow this up. They should be able to make sure it goes through manually. That was my experience when I was coming up to the end of my QFF year & I wanted to make sure it was all OK (and it was). :)

Finally got my 4 double SC's posted...took 4 phone calls to customer service...bumped me up to platinum!
 
Great news, mckinj02 about making platinum. Not very good that you had to call them four times though.

Glad to see you finally got your SC's, I'm still waiting for mine.

What did you have to do in the end to convince them to cough up?

I hope all these people that have just been given the DSC offer don't have the same hassle!
