Has anyone seen any offers of double SC in the last 12 months? Or have they past me by.

Yep - I had double SC offer - came in December, about three months before my anniversary date. Know of others who did and those who did not get them - a bit of a lottery.

There is a new Double SC thread created almost every week and there was new thread created a few days ago.

Probably not likely to come up in searches either as most people abbreviate to DSC or double SC.

I had my first one ever about 2 years ago (10 yr QFF) and nothing since.

Like the elusive OpUp, the DSC promo is a lottery. When you receive it, rejoice. When others do and you don't, be happy for them
