Hi,

I flew to Sydney return from Melbourne over the weekend with flights booked during the double SC offer a while back. My SC have credited at 20 per flight, however my wife, who pools to me has only been credited at 10 (for the 1 flight that so far credited). This was not the case on the previous double SC offer from early in the year.
Is this a glitch or has there been a change of policy that I missed somewhere along the way?

Thanls

sounds like a glitch, I've had SC credit at the expected double rate through a family pool setup.

(assuming you meant the general double SC offer, not the recent targeted double SC/double points campaign)

When was the targeted campaign?

These flights were booked back in around March I think. The 2nd double SC offer this year.

Perhaps this was just a targeted campaign, as opposed to being open to any Velocity members which I think my earlier travel in March was.

The first DSC Offer was general offer at the end of December , bookable from the 18th to the 31st Dec for travel for travel 1st Feb - 30th June . The second DSC Offer was a targeted offer at the beginning of March which was bookable from 6th - 15th March , for travel 30th April - 25th June .

Ok thanks. This was booked in the 6-15 march period. I assumed that it would be the same conditions as the first DSC offer, however doesn't seem to be the case.

IIRC , the targeted offer was a mixture of DSC Offer or Double / Extra Points offer or nothing at all .
