If I am not mistaken, I don't think its allowed but just wanting to see if anyone has experience with this.
Looking at redeeming velocity points from Europe - MEL via DOH in J. Obviously direct DOH-MEL is preferred, but also thinking of backup flights and the DOH-CBR QR988 is available (from December 2026), with a 1.5 hour stop in MEL.
If I have checked in luggage, is it possible to request that I exit at MEL? Would be counter-intuitive to go to CBR then back to MEL again lol, but for 14 hours in Q-suites I think its still worth it.
