Does Virgin Blue allow you to check more than 1 bag?

It will be my first time flying virgin, and I was just wondering if they will let you check 1 additional bag or not?

yes it does allow you to check more than one bag. Allowances are based on wieght not pieces. You need to check though whether the fare you have bought includes a baggage allowance (e.g. fully flex, corporate plus and premium economy) or not (e.g. Go and Blue Saver)
