Does the SQ MEL F Lounge open for SQ flights with no F cabin?

Specifically the 19:30 MEL-SIN flight - its operated by a 2-class A330. I know the SQ J Lounge will be open but do they open the F side? Who would gain access? Only SQ PPS members?

I assume VA WP are not allowed access unlike at EY and NZ's operated F Lounges?

NFI smit - never flown SQ 330 - arr into SIN never suits me.

Lowly blue KF Cardholders have no problem with 'Anytime Access' into SKL F in MEL if they have a proven track record in bringing Rita, Rico, Allana and the other girls chockies on a regular basis.

Update: Just called SKL MEL and YES 100% F side open for SQ208
