So most of us have probably have seen YouTube videos of passengers behaving badly being entitled demanding special treatment etc.

I've seen rich people behave rather entitled, you can be entitled, rude and demanding with out getting kicked off a plane/private jet

If your shower on board didn't have hot water, or you were served water in a plastic or even worse paper cup, didnt have French champagne, flight attendants not come running within 20 seconds, have your soy/almond/oats milk for your coffee

I think most people will want to choose "Yes, you can expect but if you dont get it, first world problems" to be political correct/safe.

I am a mixture of "Yes, you can expect but if you dont get it, first world problems" and "yes/no: i am unsure of the etiquette"

I don't think anyone is entitled to be rude or obnoxious.
Staff deserve to be treated with respect, by everyone.
That is not negotiable.

However, consumers are entitled to expect to receive the goods and/or services they paid for.
And to express their dissatisfaction if they don't.
But this doesn't entitle them to b.e rude to staff.

In m view it is acceptable to express your dissatisfaction: once.
However if the cabin crew can't offer a solution, it's time to be quiet for the rest of the flight, and complain to management later.

Incidentally, all champagne is French.
Anything else is simply not champagne.

I will sit in the 'Other' category, I/we (family) have flown many times in F mostly QF, EK, SQ etc. and will use points if I can find the rewards however I also use cash depending on the route and carrier. Do I expect a lot more from F and the simple answer is no, as on most airlines J is comfortable and for many years we had access to the OW carrier F lounges. Also it can come down to the crew, often F may be a step above J but everyone has off days and I see no need to complain. Just my thoughts.
