Does Enrich 1k + ~$3.5k for return J to europe still work ?

Just wondering if this trick still works ?
I tried it a few times in the past, is it still a goer ?

Not since the big Feb 2015 devaluation I'm afraid.to

Specifically syd-europe went from 102k rtn to 196k rtn. Points+pay for J tends to work out 3c per mile (but variable) so poor value now especially as taxes are high.
On the other hand, availability of reward seats for Enrich (not other OW) redeemers is very good.
Not tried myself but upgrades seem to offer reasonable value but pretty sure you can't points+pay

Yes. You can search availability points+pay as long as you have 1k miles in your account . You get enough to search when you first open an account.
