Does anyone know when Hobart gets its Virgin Australia Regional Lounge?

John Borghetti says that hobart is getting a Virgin Australia lounge soon. Is there anything known as to when?
 
Whenever they finish rent negotiations with the airport, finalize design, get building approvals and then build it, a process that's can take up to three years.
