Does 1 EK Skywards Mile = 1 QF Point?

Looking at an award seat on both EK & QF sites for MEL-DXB-MEL. 192,000 Skywards Miles/192,000 QF Points in J....is it really that Simples?

Also, is there somewhere on the interweb that gives me the value of 1 Qantas Point compared to other oneworld airlines FF programs?

The Qantas & Emirates mileage rates do happen to be the same on some routes, but I don't think it applies to all routes.
