May have been staged but may have represented their actual situation? If so, sacking seems harsh.
 
The photo was staged but they had been sitting in the room for a couple of hours at that point. Ryanair released the footage of them setting it up but that didnt go down well for Ryanair either publicly.

But a reminder that most corps have a social media policy.
 
"Confirming the sackings on Tuesday, Ryanair said the photo led to media reports that damaged the company's reputation...."

Yeah. Their reputation was going so well too, until that photo.
