Do 75k bonus points count towards cap on platinum charge?

Juts as the topic says, is there a 200k cap on points "accrued" from the card - which would mean that the 75 bonus would count towards cap? Or is it on points "earned', which to me would exclude the bonus points?

My understanding is the cap is on points from spend.
