Discussion on Cats, Moggies and Felines in general [with Pictures]

My cat joined us when I was about 6. She was found as a tiny kitten by our neighbour and he took her home. She used to come and hang out with my sister and I and eventually she became ours! She did everything with us - paddling pool, trampoline, walks to the river (and then cried to be carried the whole way home) etc. She was my constant companion growing up.

I move down out when I was 17 for Uni. Whenever I went home for holidays, she would ignore me for the first day and then become my shadow after she was satisfied I was suitably on notice she was not happy with me.

Or, they occupy your travel luggage.
My sister just got back from a trip and said one of her cats jumped in the luggage and refused to get out!

Another new activity one of my cats has started doing since I get back - he jumps / climbs up, puts his paws on my left shoulder than hugs me for 30-60 seconds and pushes his head against my head. While I love it I’m starting to wondering if the cat sitter didn’t get on as well as I thought!

Yesterday Boots did the hug thing three times across the day purring each time.

To think he was abandoned with his sister in a box on the side of the road in the rain. They both provide some much love each day.

This is Boots after a hug he decided to rest on my shoulder and his right paw. If cat’s purring on you makes you healthier I’m in for a long healthy life.

This is his sister Juno encouraging me to sleep in on a Saturday morning.

Normally I can’t take photos of them when they ‘pin’ me to the bed or couch but just occasionally I have a phone nearby.

The only time they look disappointed is when I leave for work in the morning, but I get a welcome home each night that counter balances the sad faces in the morning.

Just so sweet. :)

We were at the cricket at Optus Stadium and there was an announcement of a recall of sandwiches and wraps. Luckily we had decided to get there for the afternoon and evening sessions and we hadn’t eaten a dodgy sandwich on a 40 degree day.
NZ lost well so there was no need to play a further day.
I'm guessing Lex couldn't give 2 hoots about the bed… he's just waiting for you to empty his new box!

You may be right😆
