Hi,

I remember sometime last year seeing a sale on the Qantas website that had a few sales in F. Usually for specials there are just tabs for Economy, Premium Economy and Business though this time they had First also. They had a flight to LHR from MEL for $9999 return. Thought that was a pretty good deal.

Does anyone know when these sorts of sales usually come about ?
As in what time of year ?

I recall on that sale they also had a J fare to LAX for $5999 and F to HGK for the same price. But I was more keen on the London deal.

Cheers.

The QF US website almost always show a First class tab in the special fare section for flights ex-USA. But it is true that you rarely see First class specials on QF Oz website. Supply and demand I guess...

There is a First sale going on right now! $9999 MEL-LAX return

Just did a dummy FASA booking Syd-Hkg for Feb and managed to get 180k points plus $700! Ridiculous
