I have not received the change notice, but I am up to 30 visits on the count in the app, so does that mean I'll have no visits after 1st august?

Up until 1st August it's the old rule. Visit all you like.

Post 1st August the bean counter starts ticking each visit, hit 15 within 12months and you start paying at the door.
