Thanks Bill,
I have sent an email to Richard, so looking forward to reading it.
I saw the book in Brisbane Airport about 12 months ago and thought about buying a copy, then the world caught a bug so haven't thought about flying, then recently booked a flight to Adelaide and at that time there was no VA lounge operating and I thought I wonder if I could go and find the book and read it on the aircraft.

Sadly enough the trip to Adelaide got cancelled, but I get to email Richard and ask for a signed copy.

Strange how things work out.
