Did anyone else receive a Travel Reminder e-mail but with someone else's details today? It was sent to my e-mail, but is addressed to someone else. Added it to my Virgin app and I can move their seat from 6D to somewhere else (9A wasn't available ha) and know they're a Gold member and their Velocity number ...

Just to close this thread off: Virgin asked me to delete all copies of the e-mail. The booking agent had added my e-mail address to someone's reservation. I think I know who made the mistake (wasn't the first one they made) and not surprised it happened because when the Reservations team also e-mailed (in addition) to the Privacy Team to confirm I had destroyed all copies of the information, they got the date wrong ...
