Yes that is correct and if it is the QF promo I think it is you need 12 months membership on the site anyway.

You will just have to become an active member and wait til the next one in 12 months or so to enter!

The newsletter database is different to the member database, and there was a story on it in todays newsletter which you can get without being a member.
