August 5: Retired QF 737-400 (VH-TJL - ferried to retirement airport at VCV 3 years ago) operating as a freighter HA-FAX for ASL Airlines with DHL livery overan runway and finished up on a road

Near Milan Italy

I did see this in the news the other day but didn't realise it was an ex-Qantas plane. Just checked my records and turns out I flew on that plane twice in 2012. I'm sure many other AFFers would have also.

Neither did I - ex QF CSM friend said to me that a QF plane crashed - which of course was a Jee up - referred to Qantassource and Avherald.

I wonder - did Boeing take out the windows?
