Just a quick comment on DeNA Travel who I used to buy a few tickets with this evening (via SkyScanner). Having read plenty of negative comments dating back a few years including a particularly worrying news article regarding them taking people's money without providing tickets I made the bold move of using them, partly on the basis that if they were that bad there's no way they'd still be in business two years after that scandal.
Anyway, went through the booking process without significant issues and everything confirmed within the hour. I've since spoken to MH (who are the operator/carrier) and they have also confirmed everything verbally and via email so DeNA aren't necessarily bad.
For those wondering, I used them because a) MH had no flights left with the times I needed for connecting flights, and b) other travel agents offering those times were significantly more expensive - by $200 on one flight - which I might have sucked up if it was direct with MH, but not for another travel agent.
Incidentally, the two other agents who seemed better reviewed that I used for two different legs, and purchased prior to the DeNA flights - have yet to be confirmed. Booking late on a Saturday evening may be contributing of course.
