Delta Airlines, operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, has seen fourth-quarter net loss widen by 60%...

Also note they have ordered 30 and optioned a further 30 Bombardier CRJ900 jets with the approval of creditors and the bankruptcy court. Its interesting that they can find that sort of capital investment while still under Chapter 11.

Delta Air Lines Inc., the largest U.S. carrier in bankruptcy, plans to buy 30 Bombardier Inc. regional jets to feed its hub airports as it moves closer to exiting Chapter 11 protection...

Yes, that would be the one. I read about it elsewhere, but the same facts reported.

Delta Air Lines Inc. named Daniel Carp, the former chief executive officer of Eastman Kodak Co., to be chairman of a new board that will oversee the third- largest U.S. carrier when it leaves bankruptcy next month...

Delta Air Lines emerged from bankruptcy early Monday as a leaner but still independent carrier after a 19-month reorganization that saw it fight off a $US10 billion hostile takeover...
