I got confirmation emails last Friday for three bundled eBay purchases in early December, which had been pending for the preceding month as normal.

As of today, six days later, the points still haven't arrived in my Velocity account. In the past, it's never been more than one or two business days from the confirmation emails until the actual points were received.

Has anyone else experienced something like this with Velocity eStore recently?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

The points eventually arrived yesterday.

I’ve never known this to happen.
The normal process is you receive the confirmation 30 days after the purchase and the points will display in your account the next day.
Estore is operated by a third party, maybe there was a glitch.
(On a side note, I noticed a load of transactions in the estore portal from a few months as cancelled so I put in claims. I then looked in Velocity and they all had credited despite the cancelled status.)

Yeah, every previous eStores transaction that hadn't required follow-up to initially track (and in my experience Velocity eStores is more reliable than Qantas Shopping) actually posted within a day or so after the "it's coming" email, so the delay was weird. It's fine now.
