Delay in Velocity SC posting?

still waiting on the 3rd, and now also on last Monday the 10th (only 4 days but later than any other time)
 
They've arrived, finally!

I wonder how long this takes to do what it's meant to do... Anyone with experience?

Afternoon all! I had a problem with SC's for a flight on 3 December. Tried to claim 'missing points' via internet and it came up with 'already claimed'. Contacted Velocity last Tuesday and was advised that there were a few days in early December that had a few issues with SC & points being posted to Velocity accounts. The very helpful Velocity team member sorted it for me whilst I was on the phone and the SC's and points were showing in my account by that afternoon. Might pay to contact Velocity rather than wait in the hope it will be sorted. :D
 
I contacted Velocity today, sitting on 420SC's with 160SC's to credit from the 10th, and flights from POM > AKL on Wednesday looming, with AirNZ Dom on Thursday week. Really want the Status to come through.... Got the "they've been credited, but just not showing" response. Lets hope a fairy waves a wand...

Since my seat is getting shunted, from 5C to 6C and now 7C (by Wednesday I'll be sitting in the loo), I asked for a points upgrade, but all full up :( *sigh* waiting waiting... Hoping gold will push me back towards 3 :)
 
finally got the flights from the 3rd but still waiting for this mondays to come through, as with others just while i am waiting to get to Plat.
