Degustation -Perth

Can anybody recommend a good degustation restaurant in Perth? Preferably not BYO as that just coughs me, just good food! I don't drink wine unless it has bubbles in it, so the wine list is not of great importance to me!

Amuse - especially if you want something a little different/modern. Probably my favourite at the moment.
