I am now a Diamond, courtesy of the 15 day status match earlier in the year. Does anyone else know how to access the Dedicated Diamond Support?
 
Just wondering, what sort of support does this dedicated team do?
Also just got diamond this earlier this year.
 
If they could get the points I'm owed credited to my account, that would be great ... ha.
