Dallas, Texas - shopping (and other attractions)

I will be in Dallas in a few weeks and have an overnight stay - will be at the Aloft in downtown Dallas. Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for shopping?
I had a look for some outlets which seem to be a bit out of the way:

Allen Premium Outlets:

Grapevine Mills

As you can see on the map in the 3rd link they would be at least 30min by car..

There's also a Bloomingdale's outlet at Park Lane which is still a fair bit out of the way..

I'd mainly be looking for a pair of Nikes (or two) and maybe some Under Armour type sportswear... nothing too fancy.
Also want to go to a shooting range (and gun store to have a look in)!

Any recommendations or suggestions?

We always go to Grapevine and find that it varies between brilliant and OK...If you have the time there are both Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory to try and find a great bargain but you do need time to sort through all the racks...Nautica, Coach and Saks have been very good but the unrecognised names just have junk, in my opinion...Still worth a visit and I believe there is a outdoors store next door ( Bass Pro ) selling guns etc...
