CX transfers instant?

Are Amex MR transfers to CX instant? I have an upcoming urgent trip and can see award availability flying out Tue, but not sure if my points will hit my CX account in time to book it before it disappears...
 
most of mine have been instant for clients but one joined moved points and they did not appear for 24 hrs so try to join a day before moving. it could help
