CX QFF SC question?

Good days, everyone

My fiance and I are flying from Taipei through HK to Milan and RTN from CDG through HK back to Taipei on CX Eco class in early march. I am wandering if we get any SC for QFF if we travel on CX ticket (group booking as part of a organised tour from Taiwan)?

We are both just short of gold and the SC will be reset in April this year!

What fare basis is it, as there are quite a few CX fares that do not earn Scs/Miles.

It completely and utterly depends on the booking class of each segment.

If the economy booking class is eligible to earn QFF points then SC's can be earned as well.

The problem is many CX classes do not earn points.

Those Economy classes that can earn may be found here (under CX). Currently they are: YBHKLMV

I will check with the tour organiser, However, i got a feeling that it will be one of the fare that does not earn SC/points.

We got quite a bit trip coming up Feb through Apr. I will post my trip report (except the honeymoon bit, that's for my Mrs and I to share ^^) once we get back to Brisbane.
