CX One way Multicity

Hi AFFers,
I tried to book a one way CX multicity online with a stopover less than 24hours and I still get the too many open jaw/ stopover error. Is this not allowed? or does this need to down over the phone?

My proposed itinerary is
ZRH-LHR(BA) LHR-HKG(CX) then HKG-SYD (CX).

I'm not completely au fait with CX but I seem to remember redemptions can only have 2 flight numbers (unless the One World Award)

Ok thanks that seems to work once removed BA on the itinerary.

It's a downer about the UK APD if you were planning <24h in London
