i had booked SIN -> HKG recently via a TA based in SIN.

i've asked both the TA in SIN and CX in SYD to enter the QFF details against the booking, so far the flight/booking does not appear under the QFF online account, will it ever happen? or does it take more than a day or two for it to appear?

Won't appear (unless connecting to a QF/BA flight on the same ticket) or possibly booked by Qantas or another travel agent using Amadeus.

Basically CX use a reservations system called 'Cupid' (I think) which is different to the Qantas Amadeus systems. Hence, Amadeus won't know about your flight.

AA also use a subset of Sabre, so they also won't appear for the same reasons.

In April I had booked a BKK-SIN return flight on CX using a TA in Bangkok. My QFF number was in the booking but I was not able to view it under my bookings. When I called QF I was told that it would not appear as they do not use the same systems.

I had to manually claim the first leg BKK-SIN flown in April and it posted a few weeks later and then 2 weeks ago flew the return leg SIN-BKK and this posted automatically within a few days.

cheers John and Mal for the feedbacks.

i'll just suck it up and trust cx's e-ticket process.
