I've just discovered that CX Asia Miles is no longer a transfer partner from NAB Signature Rewards as on 27 April this year. Was anyone else aware of this? Nothing received from NAB in advance to let me know this was happening.
Also, I didn't see any notifications on any of the travel sites I am a member of which is completely different to when CBA dropped a lot of their partners or AMEX changed their transfer rate.
Did anyone see advance notice of this?

P2 has a NAB rewards card and we got no notification - I noticed this recently actually, but didn't think much of it as the tx rate wasn't amazing to begin with.

I called NAB about it and the girl I talked to said it was something to do with their negotiations with CX falling through. She said they are hoping they will be back on board at some stage.
I mentioned that it was pretty poor form of NAB not notifying people it was happening and she agreed. She said I wasn't the first person to say that.
Transfer to CX was the same as AMEX is now which I can live with. Now the only decent option is VA and SQ.
SQ via VA is actually better than direct when there is a VA bonus on.

Thanks, that’s good to know either way. At least we didn’t miss anything, if they didn’t bother letting us know to start with. The SQ via VA route was always my go to with CommBank when there was a promo, so I wasn’t too bothered when they destroyed their program!

I think CX are probably asking for more $, Amex US devalued the transfer rate from 1:1 to 1:0.8 too, so it’s been an issue elsewhere too.
