Guess I need wonder no more.

Menu looks a bit average, but I've learned not to pass judgement one way or the other until I've tried it, at both lounges.

Glad the gua bao remains. Will happily have in SYD but skip in MEL (based on past experience). Sadly no sashimi still...

I agree that it is pretty average. Shame that the sticky beef is gone from the menu.

I would greatly appreciate any photos of the chicken with crispy eggplant salad and/or crispy beef salad dishes, if someone here happens to order them over the next few days :)

Hmm not liking the sound of any of those mains. :(
It's a worry when the salad starters look more appealing. But I've been pleasantly surprised before, and variety is good, so will wait and see.

Speaking of variety, while I appreciate some staples are fine and a selling point, personally I'd much rather they swap out the squid for some sashimi, and the minute steak for the cheeseburger, every now and then. At least in terms of the regular meals.

Has there been sashimi on the menu in the past year? Don’t recall seeing it in the longest time.

The Melbourne menu I've seen has a different flavoured pav but that's not uncommon.

Has anyone got a breakfast menu for the MEL F lounge? I'll be visiting for the very first time in a couple of days and want to see what's on offer.

It's probably quite likely to be identical to that of the last season or two.
Egg dishes and savoury items are probably the same.
Fruit accompaniments (eg. with pancakes) are probably going to differ depending on what's in season.
Breakfast tends to be *consistent* with little variation over time.

It would be surprising if you saw something from Spring or Winter 2017 and they did not have anything like it, nor were willing to make it, during your upcoming breakfast visit.

I tend to experience the Sashimi when it is available as a "Daily Special", but not recently.

In regards to breakfast, I'll be happy if the corn fritters stay!

Keen to know what , if any changes to the menu in SYD. Travelling Christmas Eve (this Sunday)
