I was to be in the UK in August and September with the highlight being the Edinburgh Tattoo. Even feeling worse about cancelling when I learn't the salute taker on the night we were to attend was Princess Anne.
We planned to drive slowly to my sister's home in Devon. On September the 8th we were to stay in the CP Leeds. All hotels were cancelled. So imagine my surprise hen emails came from that hotel asking my upgrade preferences. I went to the ING site and used the email hotel feature. Then a second email and once again emailed the hotel
So tonight a third email arrives so I rang the Diamond support line. I gave her the confirmation number from their emails. We both hd a laugh when he said that is actually the cancellation number.
So CP Leeds I award you the Fawlty Towers award for 2026.
