Crowne Plaza back to Newcastle as well as another Gosford IHG hotel

IHG Hotels and Resorts has expanded its regional footprint with two new hotels to anchor major mixed-use developments in Newcastle and Gosford.

This latest signing of Crowne Plaza Newcastle and Hotel Indigo Gosford with Urban Property Group builds on IHG’s partnership with the developer, following a Crowne Plaza Parramatta agreement in 2025. The new projects now include three hotels spanning metropolitan and regional NSW.

Excuse me, we don't need no stinkin' IC. We have Noah's. Known locally by some colleagues as Fawlty Towers. I've dined, never stayed, but it wasn't hugely off the mark.
