I sent QF some positive feedback about my last flight (my first as WP and my first in J for quite a while so those 2 factors may have added to my positive experience). I got a nice response that made me feel like a win-win. I take every flight on it's merits and give positive, negative or no feedback according to the experience.

Thank you very much for contacting us with your positive comments. We are always thrilled when we get feedback like this.

Our industry is all about the service customers receive and so when we get praise it genuinely makes it all worthwhile. I'm glad that you enjoyed your experience in Business class. I ll make sure I pass on your great feedback to the crew that operated your flight to Perth. I m sure they will be really pleased to read what you have to say.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you aboard Qantas again in the near future

Yours sincerely
