Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has had this scenario before:

Had a flight booked officially connecting MKY - MEL via BNE (saver fare).

Took MKY - BNE leg, then decided to stay in BNE overnight and forego the BNE - MEL side of the fare. Went to service desk to book new saver fare for the following day and explained what I wanted to do - she advised she would just remove me off the manifest for the MEL bound flight and purchase brand new fare for the next day.

My question is do you receive pts / SCs for the first leg of the trip if you don't take the next connecting flight as per your PNR? Its been 4 days and nothing has been credited to my VFF and when I go to claim missing pts it comes up as I never boarded the entire flight - MKY - BNE & BNE - MEL.

I have no experience with this - Velocity do credit as a journey basis for domestic bookings.

Maybe check with them?
