I'm pretty sure you still need to do a PCR in order to come from overseas to Australia with 72 hours of your flight, however you don't need to do a PCR on arrival, only a RAT within 24 hours. With the Australian Government only requiring a RAT why is qantas still insisting that a PCR is still required? The Qantas website avoids this subject

The NSW website says:
All International passenger arrivals must:
- travel directly from the airport to their home or accommodation
- self-isolate until they receive a negative result from a COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within the first 24 hours of arrival
- not visit high risk settings (aged care, disability care, healthcare, and correctional facilities) for at least 7 days after arrival unless they are seeking personal care, or are a resident of a facility. See Part 4 for further information.
Does anyone know if that has to be an administered test or while a self test suffice?
