Courtyard Murdoch, southern Perth suburb?

Having just moved back to Perth after many years, I noticed on the train to work today that one of the new buildings next to Fiona Stanley Hospital about 15km south of Perth CBD has Courtyard branding...

Quick search reveals this is old news

Looks like the external scaffolding is coming down, so must be close to opening, but not yet on the Marriott app. There's a general lack of hotels away from the CBD and this is close to rail links, will be interesting to see how well this option is utilised.

Thoughts?

It was scheduled to open early next year. Not sure where its at
