The end of October is a long time away. The situation may be clarified fully by then. Coup's are interesting things and sometimes have little/no effect on the traveller or the operations of the country. At other times, they are bad news for tourists and the country (eg lockdown of borders, curfews etc). Time will tell which one of these is the case.
