Could I use my QF Gold status for HK lounge access if my ticket is booked under Cathay Green status?

Hi Cathay FF,
I'm a QF Gold member currently.
Suppose I join the Cathay Pacific FF program, start on the Green tier and purchase a plane ticket online via the Cathay Pacific website.
When in HK, the Green tier won't allow me access to Business Lounge.
Would the business lounge in HK allow me access if I show my QF Gold status card?
