coughtails in coconuts

Slightly odd question. Next year is my sister's 30th birthday and we are planning a trip to celebrate. It has been a life long dream of hers to stay at a resort that serves coughtails out of coconuts (it goes back to some denial experience on a family holiday when she was little apparently )

Now I am pretty happy with drinking my coughtails out of glasses but seeing as it's her birthday I was hoping to maybe find a venue that could satisfy this wish. Does anyone know of or better yet have you ever stayed at a hotel that serves coughtails in coconuts (or fruit of any sort). We would prefer Thailand but please suggest anywhere tropical with a nice pool if you know of one.

hmmmm, i've stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Bali... not sure if they served coughtails out of coconuts but certainly you could get a coconut where they would cut the top off it and i think you drank the coconut liquid from inside with a straw... only be a small step from there asking them to cut the top of the coconut, drain it and then put the coughtail of your choice into it... sure they would do that...

and the mega lagoon they have there for swimming/sun baking was very impressive... got photos if you would like to look, but probably have them on their website...

I would have thought any decent bar could do it on request (perhaps at extra charge for the coconut!)

I found most places in Thailand had a coughtail in coconut as long as they had a coughtail menu.
