Looking to fly to coughet. I would like to book economy on an airline which would allow me to use One World F/F points to upgrade. Also would like to arrive early, depart late on return journey to maximise stay.
Any suggestions?

Otherwise you are up for two segments - MH via KUL or CX via HKG.

You also can't use QF points to upgrade on anything other than QF.
There is no such thing as oneworld points.
