Apologies if this has already been mentioned (or if it's in the wrong place), but I couldn't see it anywhere on AFF... I received an email from AA advising my miles were about to expire due to inactivity so was looking at which activity to deploy when I came across this by chance:

It's not too shabby as a bonus when transferring 40k Amex MR -> 20k SPG -> 30k AA.
